Carrot Top is frequently cited as a top ten contender for most awful plastic surgery disasters, along with familiar faces like Michael Jackson, Jocelyn Wildenstein, and Kenny Rogers. The curly-haired comedian has become better known for his over-the-top appearance than he has for his comedy. Make Me Heal takes a look at this funnyman’s funny look.
Although comedians often rely on making funny faces, Carrot Top, whose real name is Scott Thompson has had so much Botox that it looks like his face froze in an awkward position, the way your mother warned you it might as a child. Not only that, but his eyebrows are even more arched than Botox fan Nicole Kidman’s (See Make Me Heal’s story on Nicole Kidman’s Botox)

On his blog, Plastic Surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn notes, “He’s undergone quite a few changes over the years, not the least of which is an excessively arched brow possibly due to a combination of Botox and a Browlift.”
Make Me Heal noticed that for a 43-year old, Carrot Top’s skin is also unusually smooth, probably due to laser treatments, like Fraxel and chemical peels, which may also explain why is face is less freckled looking than the rest of his bizarrely toned body.
Dr. Youn also says, “His face looks extremely smooth as well, and may be the result of laser treatments or chemical peels.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia tells Make Me Heal, “Carrot Top has probably had facial peeling and/or skin care as the freckles are decreased relative to those seen on the rest of his body.”
In addition to his odd facial appearance, including what look like drawn-on eyebrows, Carrot Top looks almost feminine and soft (an effect that is furthered by heavy eyeliner), which can be a side effect of steroids, which he almost certainly uses to achieve his hard and toned body.
If Carrot Top wanted to be made of fun rather than make the fun with witty remarks, then his plastic surgery goal was certainly achieved, although Make Me Heal thinks that his time would have been better spent coming up with new material than under the knife.

i'm calling BS on this one. the difference between the two photos at the top is makeup and no makeup.

they say that his eyebrows are arched from plastic surgery, but if you look at the bottom photo, which is clearly recent, they look normal. so, in that photo (above right) he's apparently shaved his natural eyebrows and applied fake ones to give himself a clown look. he's an over-the-top comedian, so what?

his face doesn't look frozen in the lower photo. i don't doubt he may have used some botox. but, come on.

his freckles have disappeared? again makeup can cover freckles. and to compare freckles on his face with those on his body? i've dated redheads who's bodies had freckles and faces had none. and the opposite as well. to base his lack of freckles on surgery, whatever.

and looking feminine and soft as a result of steroids? wtf? whatever.

this celebrity dish stuff can be funny. and i really don't give a rats ass about defending carrot top. but, i've seen a number of these profiles that were exaggerated or completely fabricated just to get someone to visit their gossip website.

I actually meet him in the gym one time, nice enough guy, kept to himself. This was years ago before he was a regular at the Luxor in Vegas.

A lot of guys bust on his build, which I think is just fine. Not everyone wants to be Mr. Olympia and he looks better than most of the population....

i dont seriously think his build is due to steroids either..
hes a natural ectomorph... ive got a few friends that are natural ectomorphs that have a build almost identical to his without taking anything..... he put in his work in the gym and if i remember right on mtv cribs when he was on there he has a set diet too

i say gh!!! not to take anything away as he has a personal trainer and set diet. the guy has a very good physique. now the face that is another story. burt reynolds pt. 2

Yup, he used to/maybe still does live in Orlando. I ran into him a few times when I lived in Winter Park. He's a cool guy and nice enough in person, granted I think he's taken his look too extreme, but hey it's a free country, do what ya want.

Dyed hair, artifical brows, color contacts, lip gloss, and make up.

Seriously girls go through more before a red carpet event.

He has a good physique, better then most mens.
If chemically enhanced what should it matter, he looks great!
Now that overly botoxed face...YIKES!!!
But still never judge a book by its cover.
I do hear often that he is a really nice guy, so good for him and to each his own.
