I'm 6'3 240lbs I've been lifting now for about 15 years I've done anywhere from 10 to fifteen cycles and I'm currently not st my best I took a few months off and binged now I have some fat to work off. My strength is coming back but I am getting ready to do a all out bulk cycle and I'm really pumped about it
