    I love training back probably why its good, but In all- train with the people you have tough time with and train the body parts that suck, the only way to deal with the weakest link

    If you asked me 5 years ago, I wouldn't have named a muscle group, I simply would have said Bench Press! Lol

    Nowadays, I still don't have a favorite, per say... I've developed a strong mental connection no matter what I'm training... I get in the zone, get a huge rush of endorphins and get a mental 'high' .

    I have the micro plates! .25, .50, .75, & 1.00lbs

    Frequently increasing weight is how you build strength and size, and the best way to go about it is small increments... The weight builds up quickly

    Back for me the pump to me is the best... I know i need to respect the exercise but i hate shoulders those pumps hurt

    It has changed over the years for me. It once was chest & tries. However, with two shoulder surgery's I can't lift the way I like to anymore. These days I enjoy back and legs. Someone in the gym asked me recently if I did a lot of pull up's. I said no, but I do a lot of pulldowns, a lot of hack squats, leg press, squats etc.
