    currently on Cyp & EQ. Just added Primo


    Tonights Cardio: 35 mins on the treadmill. 25 mins on 12*@3.0, last 10 mins [email protected]

    Mixed up a new batch of Aminos. I usually consume 4 times a day 1 scoop. Its unflavored. I usually mix with G2 powder post workout for the sugar. Lately the other 3 times I have been mixing with Crystal Light mixes.

    What's your dosages? Is it going too far to ask what lab? No need to answer if you feel it is? I feel like a guy who's been around a minute is loyal to one or two labs, as am I.

    Had a ART/Deep Tissue massage on my back yesterday. I get bad knots in the muscles. Used a new girl that my chiropractor recommended. Man she was good. She beat the shit out of me, sore as fuck today. Made todays workout fun.

    Son had a soccer game last night so I was late getting home. Did 15mins on the treadmill 10mins 10*@3.0 5mins [email protected]

    ran NPP for a few weeks early on. didn't see much probably needed a higher dosage. Tren starts in a few weeks
