    Wish I could run tren. It really fucks with my head. I love deca though, especially because of the joint relief and strength/mass gains. I dont think enough people appreciate deca for how amazing it is.

    Last night did 35 mins cardio on the treadmill 25mins 10*@3.0 last 10mins 12*@3.2

    Mrs loves cardio, she's weird. Basically have to stop her constantly from doing too much.
