    Today was upper body mix day for us. No changes to diet this week for me or mrs.

    Today is our OFF/Cardio day.

    Mrs did 50mins (30intervals/20walking)
    I did 50mins Incline Walking


    Post cardio nutrition
    Mrs- 4oz Eggwhites, 4oz Almond Milk, 1 scoop Dymatize, 1 oatmeal muffin (I make them), 1tbsp PB
    Me- 2/3 cup Oatmeal, 16oz EggWhites

    so last 7 days did 5x250g 2x150g of carbs. flat as a pancake. and hungry!! lol time to do some carbs. will carb up today and wednesday.


    cold, no pump depleted. 259lbs

    Mrs did 50mins fasted (30int/20walk)
    I did 45mins incline walking

    Low carb days. Todays carbs. Me 175g, Mrs 100g
