    Day in the life of a Jassol

    So I guess I will start up a log here. Currently 259lbs 6'4" BF? haven't measured lately, should be around 13% right now. Not old, but not a young. Currently on my 2nd run.

    I will post my work outs and the Mrs. (I train her). Our meals and diet. Little bit of everything.

    boil till tender. use a mixer add a little (depends on how many potatoes you use) flax smart balance spread. Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice to taste. add a tiny amount of vanilla extract and blend up. Thats sweet potato mash.
