    My training log.

    Hello friends.
    Im on my 4th week starting tomorrow on a 500mg test cyp/250 deca every 4 day shot. Looking for simplicity and comfort with no pressure gains. Ideally one would set goals bulk..cut..lean this and that..in my 40's I no longer set those goals. I enjoy advise and support as well as the brother hood this place has brought to me..its my home away from home.
    For starts
    6ft or 5'11 oh and 3/4s lol...( my wife says that im starting to shrink in height)
    226 lbs this morning on empty
    Bf ill have to gauge but rather let the mirror talk...

    As ive discussed with few of my brothers here..Ive lived with scholiosis most of my life. If and the times i let my muscles wither...i feel dead. I will post and share my workouts and as always..any advise is well ingested so thank you in advance.

    Twisted hey brother! I was going to start it last week but my kids sat prepping has me busy.... The stuff they teach these kids in 3rd is crazy....
    And Ofcourse...i feel im here as a humble member to share and listen and grow...im doing the non conventional but stable e4d thing rather than mon and thursday routine pin.
    My legs from my tibia are hurting me...but ill push through it.

    Oh Gosh..my apologies...crazy busy with work 10hrs then kids homework alternating with wife...busy ..

    Monday was chest n tries..

    .flat bench 3156 reps, 225 x 16 reps
    Incline dumels 200 lbs x 10 reps
    Incline bench 225 x10 reps
    Cable flyes
    No decline this week.

    Triceps
    close grip bench 225 x 3
    Head crushers 45 lbs x 8
    Tri cable over head extensions till failure.

    50g dextrose intra work

    ..

    Tomorrow will be back and biceps with few sets of calfs

    Friday legs only legs..good 2 hrs with rest and intra work out..prolly 100g dextrose for that...

    Tks guys... Wow i had an amazing work out this morning...pre workout meal consisted of 1/2 cup oats...5 egg whites...1.5 hrs later 50g dextrose intra workout
    Post workout some on sports l arginine 6g.....50g isolate, 1 tablespoon peanut butter...

    6 other meals of just white rice and chicken....oh im sneaking a ob sandwhich right now before bed..
