I hear you...Father Time is not so kind even to me as my knees already hurt bigtime to squat and soon going to get cortisone shots. Fuck no I am not gonna sit in a rocking chair all day...rather be on the bench in a gym!

They only made those gto's from 2004 thru 2006 and hell yeah I miss it .....it was keeper should have never traded it !

Weighed in at 219 .3 .......energy level was good .....really gotta lower body fat**.......did a skip around type of workout ....

hammer curls ....7 sets
rope pull downs... 8 sets*
rope over head arm extension ....7 sets*
face pull backs .....7 sets*
decline chest presses ......7 sets*
Wide grip lat pull downs .....7 sets*

......not bad for a quick workout !

nah actually your not cause even tho they discontinjed the gto in 2007 the g8 gt was born its basically 4 door gto ...thats my current car 2009 g8 ....Im not a new car type guy I try to be unique !
