Training: Hamstrings/Abs/Cardio
Hamstrings:
Seated hamstring curls
Plate loaded assisted squat machine
Leg press (legs high coming off heal focus on hamstring)
Kneeling hamstring curl machine
Abs: (3 round super set)
Weighted sit ups
Ab wheel
Hanging leg raise
Cardio: 20mins incline treadmill...and done!!!

Close grip lat pulls

Behind the head lat pulls

Extensions on leg press
No cardio tonight I went longer on back and this was actually suppose to be a rest day anyway. Tomorrow I'll hit arms after work so that'll make for a good flex Friday pic.
