    Training: Arms/Shoulders/Cardio

    Arms: (super sets done as bi/tri)

    Bi's:

    Machine curl
    Preacher curl
    DB curls
    Single arm Preacher curls

    Tri's:

    Rope pushdown
    Vbar pushdown
    Reverse grip pushdown
    Single arm extensions

    Shoulders: (rotator work also super sets)

    External rotation
    Internal rotation
    Machine lateral raise

    Cardio: 20mins incline treadmill....and done.
