    It may be difficult to get her to eat like she needs to. These girls just donít understand nutrition. I know their cheer world all too well. Poor girls want to be lean because the uniforms are skimpy but they end up getting hurt because they are gassed out halfway through their routine. If anyone can help, Iím sure youíre the guy! This is pretty awesome. Keep us updated, if you donít mind. I like seeing people succeed.

    Sheís doing really well in the gym. She has a desire to change and thatís the first step. Iím gonna get them a diet set up here soon but I want to have the log all meals this week so I can get an average on cals as macros to start with.

    Rope pushdown

    Seated machine curls ss/
    Reverse grip pushdown

    Preacher curls ss/
    tricep press machine

    EZ bar curls ss/
    Single arm pushdown

    Abs: (4 round superset)

    Weighted crunch machine ss/
    Decline sit ups

    Cardio: 1hr walk along the beach....and done!!
