    Workout completed...

    Training: Back/Rear Delts/Cardio

    Back:

    Wide grip lat pulls
    DB rows
    Behind the head lat pulls
    Seated plate loaded rows

    Rear Delts:

    Reverse pec deck
    Reverse cable fly's
    DB shrugs

    Cardio: 30mins fast pace walking (I have been slacking on the cardio this week)

    Tomorrow is a cardio only day since the wife has her show this weekend.

    Hey brother jtip1810, have you ever tried "facepulls" with a tricep rope, or I imagine it could be done with a short handled curl bar , ( on a high cable attachment.?

    One of my new staples, I too lime to do my rear Delta with back, and rarely need to do much by way of front Delts, they tend to overshadow my other upper shoulder girdle, I do em' front raises, smith machine, and dbell presses, ,but
    They get named well enuff when doing upper chest, may throw a few direct sets in after, then.tris if I'm doing a 3

    But yeah, thought it was refreshing to see someone else who dos rear Delta with back too, just makes sense.

    Jtip's Ongoing Progress Log!!

    Yeah bro face pulls are great and I usually add those in but someone was on the machine every time I looked up. I agree on the shoulders and after chest I do some front raises, side raises, and some sort of press or sometimes upright rows for a change. Honestly I have very little left in them after doing chest though so it's lighter weights and still failing lol.

    Im not competing this time around but next year I have some plans if all goes well. I think the wife will do very well in this show we did a DXA scan Tuesday and she is at 8% BF insane for a women. Her conditioning is on point...she will have her log up and running tomorrow.

    I know your gonna chime in here after Saturday, & let a know how she placed.. Hopefully wins, "overall" ....o at least her class..! Is this a first for her, sorry if you already stated so, you may have mentioned earlier in the thread.

    Good luck to her...! I'm hoping to target a show come spring, or around there, Maybe even a 'Classic' Physique..

    As , I'm more prone to that look, and what I'm striving for, sorta between Zane, and Arnold. Will never have that conditioning "and" size like Ahnold.., but very possibly a bigger versik. Of Zane, not to take anything away from him, just that he wasn't a that big... cut, and def looked the part.. but I need to be well over 200, hopefully 215-225..

    And , still got that fire @ going on 52..!

    This is her 2nd show, the last one was 3wks ago and she took 2nd place due to some posing errors but this time she's even better conditioned so we expect some really good results. I'll be trying to hit classic BB and BB next year around this time if I can get a few target areas to come up that is. Bro 200plus in men's physique is big, you may get counted off for to much muscle or so I been told by my coach. Good luck with your prep, its another level of pushing yourself for damn sure.
