I promised Twisted I would start a log over here so here goes. Long story short a few years back I was fat and diagnosed with low T since that time I have gotten a coach and trained my ass of to the point I am what I would now call in shape. I'll keep an ongoing log here with all my cutting/bulking/maintenance along with what gearz I am running during my blasts. My TRT consists of 300mg week test cyp and I am currently ending a cut (2wks left) and heading into a cruise.
Training is 5 days a week and rep range is 8-12 (to failure) with the normal week looking like this:
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: Arms/Calves
Wednesday: Hamstrings/Abs
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Back/Rear Delts
Saturday: Chest/Shoulders/Calves
Sunday: Quads/Abs
Cardio is dependent on current goals (right now 7x30mins for a cut)
I am sure I am missing some stuff but we will cover it as we go!! Also going to get my wife to post up a log over here as well she did her first show a few weeks ago in women's physique (2nd place) and has another on next weekend. All advice is welcome, always willing to learn something new.
I post up pics 2 times a week normally, Flex Friday's and then Sundays after check ins with my coach.
Let's make some progress!!!

Single arm lat pulls
Wide grip lat pulls
Delts:
Rope pulls
Reverse pec deck
Bent over DB fly's
DB shrugs
Cardio: 30mins fasted on the treadmill

It's some MT2 and a few days in a tanning bed. We have vacation in a few weeks can't go to the beach without a tan lol.

She took 2nd in women's physique at this show and 4th in overalls. Being her first show her nerves got her and her posing was off a bit. She clearly out sized and out conditioned the competition at this show.
Next show is next weekend and sure she will bring home more hardware. Genetically gifted and makes gainz easily. Like Twisted said she's a beast.

I'm 5'9"
First pic I'm at 200lbs the mid way point 189lbs and the last pics 184lbs. As of yesterday I'm at 183lbs and the goal was 180lbs so I should make it fairly easy.

Incline press
Cable crossovers
Decline press
DB fly's
Machine press
Shoulders:
Upright rows
DB front raise
Seated press
Machine side lateral raise
Calves:
Seated calf raise (5x12)
Cardio: 30mins fast pace walk and then came home and did a few hours of yard work since it was nice out.
