    Gainz made...

    Training: Back/Rear delts

    Back:

    Wide grip lat pulls
    Machine reverse grip high row
    Machine Mid row
    Seated close grip cable rows

    Rear Delts:

    Rope pulls
    Reverse DB fly's
    Reverse pec deck
    BB shrugs

    would have done some calves and cardio but legs are way to sore for all that lol. Today was the first day of the diet clean up and I'll continue to roll along with these meals for a month or so then determine weather its best to pull and cut or add an bulk. After a month of consistent diet and training I'll have a better idea of where I really am.

    Consistency is what I’m missing right now. Seems like ever since school let out the Mrs and I have let our routine go haywire.

    Man I was out 8wks completely so I feel your pain. Feeling good about where Iím headed now though.

    Training: Chest/Shoulders/Calves

    Chest:

    Cable crossovers
    Incline press
    Seated machine press
    Pec deck

    Shoulders:

    Cable side raise
    DB front raise
    Internal/External rotations

    Calves: (6x20)

    Calf extensions on the leg press....and done!

    Tomorrow will be legs if I'm not sore otherwise it'll be a cardio only day and by cardio I mean walking on the beach lol.

    1hr walk at the beach followed by 30mins floating around in the pool.....not really sure you can call that gainz but I enjoyed it
