    Oh this one thinks she's in charge for some reason lol. The front end employees have conformed and bought in but the pharmacy team thinks they can do as they please....well they have met their match this time for sure. I figure when I do this write up there will be push back at first then when no one comes to their aid an oh shit moment will follow. Their choice to do what they are suppose to and what I'm telling them or walk out that front door

    Tri's:

    Rope pushdown
    Vbar pushdown
    Reverse grip pushdown
    Single arm tricep extensions

    Shoulders: (for blood volume work)

    Seated press
    Cable fly's

    Cardio: 20mins on the bike at a 10 resistance and done....

    Training: Legs/Calves

    Legs:

    Seated extensions
    Seated hamstring curls
    Leg press
    Leg press (hamstring foucs)
    Single leg press

    Calves: (6x20)

    Seated calf raise machine


    I just barley got this one in today, felt a little ran down but pushed through a lower weight higher volume leg day. Gonna be running one per week like this and then one that is a little more intense weight with squats and straight leg deads. I did skip abs and cardio today and diet has been way under in cals which is likely the reason I'm dragging ass. Tomorrow will be a rest day and I'll pick it back up on Flex Friday with some back work.

    I skipped out on cardio just wasn't feeling it tonight. I'll get some in tomorrow with chest and shoulders...after work of course.
