    Well this is where we start this blast I'm 208lbs and my guess about 15-17% BF the highest I've been in 2 years easy. Sups will be 400 test p and 400 npp with 50mg provi and 50mg tbol. I'll not be doing weekly cheat meals but I will do 1 every 2 weeks, even that will be on the clean side for a cheat. I'll go 20 days before the first one just so I can drop any and all water and let the body adjust to the diet.
    I'll also start cardio but up next week as well but only 4x20 to start out until my lungs are clear again lol.

    Diet will be:

    2300ish cals

    Pro-260
    Carb-200
    Fat-55

    I will adjust this after about 3-4wks and depending on BF% I'll add or subtract 200 cals mostly in the form of carbs but some fats as well.

    Looks good. You should drop some weight fast.

    Morning all, diet 100% yesterday and added GH back in today at 3.3iu per day along with the rest of my blast sups. Not expecting much this first week or two even since the body will be settling and weight will be up during this time as well.
