    Good morning M&S.
    Yesterday, i had to get some stuff done around the house after work.
    Then the wife and I had some drinks and played some darts.
    I might be slightly dehydrated this morning.

    Yesterday's Macros:
    Calories 4357
    Pro 296
    Carbs 425
    Fat 113

    I indulged a little and had some country fried steak for dinner, then of course a bunch of empty calories from the drinking.
    Gonna get another meal in and then head to the gym for some legs.
    After that, catching up on some stuff around the house and maybe some errands.
    Sunday Funday!!

    Legs done. It was definitely a little bit of a struggle.

    Bike 7 mins
    Lying single leg curls 1x20, 4x15
    Leg extensions 1x20, 4x15
    Leg press 1x20, 4x15, 1x20
    Seated calf raises rest pause 5x12/8
    Leg extensions dropsets 1x15/8, 1x12/8, 1x11/7

    Now time to mow the yard.
    Ugh.
