    Training completed...

    Training: Hamstrings/Abs/Cardio

    Hammies:

    Leg press (hammie focus)
    Prone hamstring curls
    Straight leg dead lifts
    Seated hamstring curls
    Adductors

    Abs: (3 round super set)

    Decline sit ups
    Cable Twists
    Laying leg raise

    Cardio: 20mins incline treadmill 8.0 incline and 3.5mph...very hard after doing hammies bad idea for real.

    Ok fellas wasn't a great day the 3 days of extreme low carbs hit me like a ton of bricks today...I was draggin ass. I'm not one to take pre workouts usually but tonight it was a must and tomorrows rest day is very welcome lol. Hope everyone had a great day and made some gainz...

    Yeah I got all that stuff for the kids. I rarely watch tv honestly.
