Seated hamstring curls
Leg press (hamstring focus)
Reverse hack squats
Prone hamstring curls
Seated machine crunches
Hanging leg raise
Cardio: 25min walk in the park since it a warm 80* night...crazy ass weather here lately.
Felt a little worn down tonight so tomorrow being a rest day I'll actually rest after work and not try and do cardio lol. Got a good grind in and sweated like crazy it was hot in the gym and way to many people in there...all in all I felt it was a good grind. Hope everyone had a great day and made some gainz.

Morning all, well its TPT again so protect yourself. I have another wonderful day in the ghetto then resting up hopefully. I have been purposely holding weight around 200-202lbs this week as I didn't really want to go under 200lbs so trying to recomp a bit to maintain the weight. I'll be starting primo next week and coming off clen for 2wks but I expect this weeks pics to look better than last weeks or so I hope lol. Enjoy your day everyone and make those gainz...
