    Nice, enjoy the vacay . I got 2nd in Novice and 3rd in open. I'm the yellow face lol.

    Seated machine flat press
    Pec deck
    Cable crossovers

    Shoulders:
    Cable fly's
    Seated machine fly's
    DB front raise

    Cardio: 20mins treadmill 10 incline and 3.5mph

    Your legs always make me have leg envy lol....I work the shit out of my legs for minimal results...I look at dumbells and my shoulders grow damn genetics

    Hi peeps... thanks for still following along and sorry for being mia a lot. I've just super busy with work, cleaning, food prepping, getting ready to move and training . Hope you all are having a great week so far, don't forget tomorrow is TPT .

    Tuesday Training:
    Arms/Cavles/Cardio

    Bi's:
    Cable curls
    DB supinated curls
    EZ bar curls
    DB hammer curls

    Tri's:
    Rope extensions
    Straight bar push down
    Reverse grip EZ bar cable extensions
    Single arm extensions

    Calves:
    Single leg seated calf raise (5x20)

    Cardio: 20mins incline treadmill 12 incline and 3.5mph...and done.

    Wednesday Training:
    Hamstrings/Abs/Cardio

    Hamstrings:
    Seated hamstring curls
    Reverse hack squats
    Prone hamstring curls
    Straight leg dead lifts
    Adductors

    Abs: (3 round super set)
    Weighted crunch machine
    Decline sit ups
    Cable twists

    Cardio: 20mins incline walk 12 incline and 3.5mph...

    NIce work.

    Don't worry we all know what means to be busy

    Just do one thing at the time and things will fall into place. Plus moving can be stressful so try to take it easy or at least stress it out in the gym!
