    I have been doing inclines so now got to 225x3 on incline lately, vs 285 for a single on flat bench. Still a ways to go before I can ever hit 3 plates.

    I gave up on overhead pressing years ago because of constant shoulder pain. I guess it didnt help that I got up to 120lb dbs lol. I could overhead press more than flat bench....weird...i know

    edit: incline bench more than flat bench. my shoulders were strong.

    BUT, they never grew and rounded off until i stopped the overhead pressing and started doing only side/front laterals
