    Niacin and cholesterol

ANy of you have any significant results with taking Niacin for high cholesterol levels? Mine is typically 'too' high at around 220 or higher. I can't take any perscriptions for any length of time without it eating up my joints and I am curious if there are anyother options. Just starting with test c and will go for some lab work in about 4 weeks.

Very true. I used the flush & had good results. Been taking non-flush, had my yearly physical 2/1 & it's sucked. In small letters on box of bottle it says you may not get the results as regular niacin. But, yes, niacin does work and isn't expensive.

I hate that flush. Too hot, too itchy and then cold. It's not unbareable just unwanted

I had very little luck with Niacin alone, try adding some Fish oil, Cholest off plus, and some coq10 to the mix. My last labs were much better with this mixture. My overall numbers are not bad but my HDL is low and my LDL is high its because tren and anavar wreak havoc on the lipids.

Appreciate that info. Have been on the fish and will add the others with the regular niacin.

Does something weird to my tongue too. And the flush is unpredictable.
