    The waiting game is always fun. Last time my full panel with these guys took til Friday. This is just test and e2 but guessing the test is what takes so long so may be Friday or so again. I didn't get capped because this is actual bloods from my standing trt req. so I'm really hoping they don't come back too high more than anything lol. My numbers should be down from my Blast by now tho.

    Get my checkin from the coach. Food is staying where it is for this week, which actually makes sense. I'll be raving Friday-Sunday, so he said to just have fun and I will have a new plan and workout waiting for me to start Monday.

    He said he def wants me to make the 200 club, so idk if that means he won't be switching me to a cut right away or what with this new plan 3/28. Guess I shall wait and see haha.

    Got in and smashed arms. All lifts still feeling great.

    It's pretty crazy to me that even up nearly 50 lbs in still holding some decent vascularity



    3/20 - Arms/Abs/MISS (Coach's new routine - week 6)

    Seated Cable Curls: 32.5x10x4

    Overhead Cable Extensions: 190x10x4

    Incline DB Curls (both arms at once): 35x13x4 (going for 12)

    Incline Skull Crushers (heavy): 60x25x4 (did higher reps than plan can feel it much better this way)

    Barbell Curls (Heavy): 90x9x5 (going for 8) (straight Bar his week)

    Preacher Curls (slow and controlled): 40x15x4

    Cable Pushdowns (EZ Bar): 145x15x4

    Weighted Dips: 25x12x4

    Alternating DB Curls: 35x12x4 (going for 10)

    Decline (major decline) Crunches: bwx20x3

    Mat Crunches (knees out wide push hands Thur middle trying to touch wall): bwx20x3

    Hanging Leg Raises: bwx20x3

    Bike: 25 minutes MISS (level 12)
