    Today is another rest day for me.

    Weight was 196 this morning bringing my weekly average to 196.34 up 1.68 lbs from last week and makes me up 14.93lbs in 15 weeks now. I technically have 1 week left on this blast which will be 350 test and mast p, 200 primo. Next week starts 200 test c and 200 primo for 6 weeks until my bloods then 2 more weeks until I blast.

    Goal will be to maintain where I am at. Prolly will drop the cals to around 4200 to not have my surplus as high. May also start some hgh as well at 2iu on top of the mk677 at 25mg at night.

    If anyone is able to make it to my log through the koffeepharm spam good morning. LOL

    196.2 today. Took my first 2iu of gh this morning Just couldnít wait any longer lol. Short work week this week of only 3 days so letís get this done with. Another small fam vaca for the holiday as well. Will do my best again to hit my macros, which on keto isnít too hard. Basically a lot of Caesar salads without croutons and with chicken or salmon. I make sure to pack my cheese and nut snacks too. Will find a gym to get in my time as well.

    Chest and triceps after work I believe.

    Second chest/tris workout from The FST7 complete. Cut out the pec dips this week to shorten it some. Solid lifts!

    11/19 - Chest/Triceps/abs - (Lean Bulk Routine - Week 16 - FST7 Big and Ripped - Week 2)

    *All sets done to failure in the rep range*

    Chest:

    DB Bench Press:
    warmup: 50, 60, 70 x8

    Working: 125x8, 125x6, 125x5, 120x8 (controlled full reps)

    Incline DB Bench Press:
    Working: 100x7, 95x8, 95x7 (controlled full reps)

    Incline DB Flyes:
    Working: 40x8x3 (good stretch at bottom and only come up 3/4 way to keep tension on pecs)

    Incline Barbell Bench Press (FST7): 30-45 second test between sets
    Working: 185x5-8x7 (slow reps controlling whole way) (on the last set get a spotter and do 4 rest pause reps) (flex pecs hard for 5-10 second between sets)

    Triceps:

    Tricep Pressdowns:
    Warmup: 50x8

    Working: 72.5x8x4 (squeeze hard at bottom for a pause and control rep up)

    Close Grip Barbell Bench Press (just inside shoulder width grip):
    Working: 155x7x3 (keep elbows tight to body and squeeze out hard at top)

    Machine Dips:
    Working: 210x7x3 (deep stretch and flex hard at top)

    Standing Overhead Tricep Rope Extensions (head level pulley):
    Working: 65x5-8x7 (on the last set throw the weight up and control negative slow for 3 extra reps) (flex each Tricep hard for 5-10 second between sets)

    Abs: 60 second tests

    Weighted Crunches: bwx25x3

    Leg Raises (elbow pads): bwx15-20x3

    Decline Oblique Twists: 25x20x3

    Cardio: None
