New BioGX oil drew up super easy into a 29ga straight from he vial. pinned 100mg to my right quad easy flowed like butter in about 5 seconds lol. Almost too easy to pin. That'll be super convenient when I'm pinning the test p and mast p each day.
Workout felt freakin amazing today. Up to 75lbs on DB presses on incline up 10 pounds in 2 weeks and up to 225x6 on flat up 20lbs in 2 weeks. This new food plan is really paying off it looks like. Other lifts up too!
3/2 - Chest/Calves/MISS (Coach's new routine - week 3)
Cables Crossovers: 50x20x3 (standing directly in middle arms straight out to side, palms down, squeeze to front trying to act as if you can touch your elbows, pause at squeeze, slow 4 second negative)
Incline DB Presses: 75x12x3, 75x11 (going for 12) (controlled negative all the way down, explode up again as if trying to touch elbows above body)
Incline DB Flyes: 35x20x3 (huge stretch at bottom line trying g to touch arms behind back, squeeze up trying to bring elbows together above chest, slow negative)
Flat Bench Press (HEAVY): 225x6x5 (slow and controlled reps all the way down)
Chest Press Machine (Hammer Strength)(HEAVY): 55 (each side)x8x5 (slow negative, explode up and squeeze) *did after incline Bench this week because was being used, weight stayed same*
Low Cable Crossover: 42.5x20x3 (stand forward with arms stretched behind back and tension on chest, squeeze out in front and up to eye level, slow negative)
Incline Bench Press: 140x12x4 (over thumb grip, slow negative all the way down, explode up)
Dips: bwx20x3 (leaned forward to put tension on chest, good solid reps)
Flat Bench DB Press: 60x12x4 (slow solid reps)
Smith Machine Calf Raises: 185x25, 195x25x2 *skipped this week due to ankle*
Single Leg Press Calf Raises : 110x25x3 *skipped this week due to ankle*
Bike: Level 8, 25 minutes *skipped this week due to ankle*

Morning guys. But if a weird update today. Ever since my injection last night, my leg has been numb. I clearly must have hit a nerve but I had zero pain. That Or the oil lumped up and pinched next to a nerve but it was hardly anything. .4ml...
Anyone ever have this happen?? Kinda freaking me out but google said it happens and should take a few days to go away from what I've seen.
Anyways, off today and shoulders later. Weight was 194.2 and I'm gunna stick to my old diet to finish up food today. Prolly start tomorrow or Sunday on the new diet. Might add a ew extra carbs if hungry tonight to get to my new macro.KEEP IT TECHNO

Yeah it hurt like fuk as well....It didn't hurt next day but after a week it was obvious something was wrong....Last to.e I pinned quads,it was w a slin pin btw
