Cap session in the books, dead leg and all. Those hanging side Raises are quickly
Becoming one of my favorite lifts for shoulders. Also, Hit 70s on DB shoulder Press and that very well may me the most I've ever done. May have hit them last time I was 205 a few years ago but very happy with that.
Only got one pic for flex Friday because the old naked man was in the locker room and in my picture spot. Wasn't Fuckin around with that.
3/3 - Shoulders/Abs/MISS (Coach's new routine - week 3)
Shoulder Press Machine - 75 (each side)x20x3 (slow negative squeeze up at the top as if trying to touch elbows above head, stretch delts at bottom)
Single Arm Side Raises (Hanging 45 degrees): 40x15x3 (try to hold squeeze briefly at top, control on way down and don't go all the way down keep constant tension)
Barbell Upright Rows: 110x12x4 (pull up to right above chin and control on negative, slight lean forward at bottom to get full stretch)
DB Shoulder Press (HEAVY): 65x10 (going for 6-8), 70x6x4 (try not to arch back a ton, low just last parallel gen back up and squeeze)
Cable Front Raises (EZ Bar): 50x20x3 (underhand curl grips, slow and controlled)
Seated Barbell Press: 105x12x4 (overlapping thumb grip, lower to just above chest then explode up)
Reverse Peck Deck: 140x20x3 (slightly bent elbows and focus on balling up the rear delt and making it short at contraction, key is pausing and holding that squeeze)
Shoulder Hammer Strength Press (HEAVY): 85x8x5 (going for 6-8)
Cross Chest Crunch Machine: 110x20x3
Ab Chair: 80x20x3
Kneeling Cable Crunches: 120x20x3

192.8 this am and still a dead leg :/ really want that to get better. Of course I added 300cals to my diet and dropped a pound typical.
Today is my year and half with my girl and for my cheat meal we will be doing sushi and frozen yogurt (the little one loves it).
