    Fitraver's Keepin it Techno Log!!

    First off I want to give a big thank you to BioGX for partially sponsoring this log. All gear I am running is from his Aurum RX line. I will be getting bloods done as needed on both his test c and p and will be giving my honest feedback throughout, good or bad!

    Stats: 27, 6'0", 194.4 (as of this morning), bf% unsure but will try to get a bod pod done by time I start cut Blast so I have an idea

    Pics: I look like a fat bloated whale right now, but will get some current pics taken tonight at the gym and post up later tonight.

    Current Diet: Currently eating about 4050 cals per day with macros around 281P, 511C, and 91F. This will always be on point and I never cheat or miss meals (except for a few weekends where I will be raving here and there and not able to get all my meals in, will still do my best to reach macros for the day). I get one cheat meal a week as of now.

    Goal: Cruise for 3.5 more weeks then begin my 12 week cut blast up to EDCLV and be shredded up for the festival. Coach will basically be using this as a mock contest prep to see how I do (he wants me to compete eventually).

    Sleep: Mk677 has been helping with that this last week and I'm getting a solid 6-7 hours I'd say a night.

    Cycle Layout (3/2 - 8/27):

    Cruise (3/2 - 3/26):
    - Aurum Test C: 200mg (Split 100/100 on M/TH)
    - SarmsSearch Mk677: 12.5mg ed before bed

    *Should be able to get bloods pulled 3/27 AM before switching to prop*

    Cut Blast:

    Week 1 - 12 (3/27 - 6/18):
    - Aurum RX Test P: 50mg ed
    - Aurum RX Mast P: 50mg ed
    - Aurum RX EQ: 600mg (Split 300/300 on M/TH)
    - Aurum RX Anavar: starting at 50mg ed pre workout (will bump from there as needed)
    - SarmsSearch Mk677: 12.5mg ed before bed (will switch to diff brand when that runs out at 15mg ed)
    - Script HCG: 600iu (Split 200/200/200 on M/W/F)
    - Script Adex: .25mg ed (will adjust as needed)

    Grow Blast:

    Week 13 - 22 (6/19 - 8/27):
    - Aurum Test P: 50mg ed (only for first week or two while switching to prop)
    - Aurum RX Test C: 500mg (Split 250/250 M/TH) (will bump up to 600-750 mid way likely if coach is cool with that)
    - Aurum RX EQ: 600mg (Split 300/300 on M/TH)
    - SarmsSearch Mk677: 12.5mg ed before bed (will switch to diff brand when that runs out at 15mg ed)
    - Script HCG: 600iu (Split 200/200/200 on M/W/F)
    - Script Adex: .25mg ed (will adjust as needed)

    Extras:
    - Liv52 DS: 2 tabs before bed
    - Tudca: 1 cap before bed
    - NAC: 2 caps upon waking
    - Script T4: 125mcg ed upon waking
    - Script T3: 15mcg (Split 5mcg every 8 hours)
    - Vitamin C: 3000mg ed (Split in 3, 1000mg doses)
    - Fish Oil: 3 caps a day
    - Biotin: 1 cap a day
    - Probiotic: 2 caps a day
    - Melatonin: 6mg before bed

    Workout Routine:
    - Monday: Arms/Abs/HIIT
    - Tuesday: Back/Calves/MISS
    - Wednesday: Legs/Abs
    - Thursday: Chest/Calves/MISS
    - Friday: Shoulders/Abs/HIIT
    - Saturday: Chest/Back/MISS
    - Sunday: Calves/Abs
    *currently not doing calves this week and only doing bike for cardio since ankle/foot is giving me issues - fucked it up doing sprints for my HIIT when my coach added them *

    Measurements (as of 2/19, took them a few days ago):

    Wrist: 6.75"
    Biceps (flexed): 15.75" L, 15.75" R
    Forearms (flexed): 12.75" L, 13.25" R
    Chest (standing straight across nipples and around back): 43"
    Thigh (flexed at thickest few inches below glutes): 24.0" L, 25.0" R
    Calves (flexed up on toes): 14.25" L, 14.75" R
    Waist (relaxed across navel): 34"
    Waist (at narrowest 1" above naval): 33"
    Shoulders/Back (standing straight wrap around back): 51"
    Neck (relaxed above Adam's apple): 15.5"
    Hip (above glutes around hips at widest, couple inches below naval) : 34.75"

    If I missed anything feel free to ask. I will be as thorough as possible in this log. I believe there is no other way to do it! Hope you guys enjoy following along!

    Yessir!! You know me, I don't need the extra motivation, I love this stuff, but I wanna give it my all here both for Bio and the members. Gotta do it right. I'll be reporting in as much detail as possible whether it's good or bad! I'm excited and grateful for the opportunity.

    I can't believe this, but new macros are around 300P, 600C and 75F 4300+ cals.

    Looks like 200 is in my near future.

    Okay as promised here are my start pics completely untouched. I almost didn't wanna post these because I feel like an absolute whale (even more then before bloated up on this mk677), but this log will be completely open and honest so here they are.

    I also attached a few pics below that show how far I have come. Those pics are from end of June where I was about 152! It's been a long slow road, but I know when I cut again I will destroy those and be back on the path I was a few years ago! I think I'm most proud of the width I've added to my back.
