    Back attack done. And some abs of course.

    1/7 - Back/Abs - (Cruise Maintenance Routine - Week 6 - Random Lift)

    Back: 90 second rests

    Wide Grip Pull-ups:
    Working : bwx15x3

    Front Pulldowns (wide flat bar):
    Working: 160x12x4 (going for 8-12) (Reach up on the stretch as high as possible. Pull to upper chest with elbows slightly pulled to the front, squeeze hard)

    Reverse Grip Bent Over Barbell Rows:
    Working: 135x15x4 (going for 8-15)

    Single Arm DB Rows (with reverse grip twist):
    Working: 80x10x4

    Close Grip Pulldowns (single grips):
    Working: 120x12x3 (going for 10-12) (Lean back into the pad, as you pull down to your chest, separate the handles slightly out, and reach up high for the stretch.)

    Hammer Strength High Row Machine:
    Working: 50x17x3 (going for 15-20) (Pull with the elbows, chest up, and hold each rep for 1-2 seconds.)

    Abs:

    Hanging Leg Raises: bwx15-25x5


    Decline crunches: bwx15-25x5

    Cardio: none

    1/8 - Chest - (Cruise Maintenance Routine - Week 6 - Random Lift)

    Chest: 90 second rest

    Cables Flyes:
    Warmup: 15x15

    Working: 20x15x4 (hold contraction for 2 seconds on each rep)

    Incline Barbell Guillotine Bench Press: 120-150 second rest on these
    Working: 185x8x4

    Ssíd

    Wide Grip Pushups:
    Working: bwxfailx4

    Incline Hammer Strength Presses:
    Working: 70(each arm)x10x4 (going for 8-12) (sit slightly slouched in chair and use 2 second negative) *did Db flat bench press this week - 80x12x4 - feet up on bench, controlled reps*

    Incline DB Flyes (low incline):
    Working: 35x10x4 (use full ROM, big stretch and squeeze up)

    Chest Dips: 30 second rest on these
    Working: bwxfailx3

    Cardio: none

    194.8 today :/ lol. Work then quads and calves after. Man I am sure ready to blast again. I love the weight and Lea was Iíve been able to keep from my last one. Will def be the best starting spot Iíve had.

    Fitraver's Keepin it Techno Log!!

    6th week doing this quad lift and it still sucks just as bad haha. Gimpin outta the gym.

    1/9 - Quads/Calves - (Cruise Maintenance Routine - Week 6 - Random Lift)

    Quads: 90-120 second rest

    Leg Extensions:
    Warmup: 55x30x2

    Working: 100x20, 115x20, 130x20, 145x20, 160x20 (no rest/pause needed) (increase weight each set using rest/pause as needed to hit 20 reps for each set)

    Hammer Squats (normal stance):
    Working: 180x25, 190x25, 200x25, 210x25, (start with moderate weight and increase weight each set even if only a small increase) (constant tension for entire rep really focusing on quad activation)

    Leg Press (narrow stance):
    Working: 315x20, 360x15, 405x12, 450x10 (on last set drop 50% (225) and do 50 reps at normal pace) (4 second negative and 3 second positive on every set - no momentum used for each rep)

    Walking Lunges:
    Working: bwx32x3 total reps

    Sissy Squats:
    Working: bwx40x2

    Calves:

    Standing Calf Raises:
    Working: 120x20x4

    Seated Calf Raises:
    Working: 135x15x4

    Cardio: None

    The seated extension has been hurting my one knee a bit lately so I've backed off the weight. Basically its called getting old...

    Make sure you donít go past 90 degree at the bottom. But yeah I like doing them first to pre exhaust the quad. Already burning and walking funny before even getting to squats and leg press haha.
