    Just demolished this new leg day. Let me tell you, I always thought walking lunges and revere Lunges were girly lifts. Made sure I did them all out and they wrecked me. Pre exhausted my legs like mad. Felt damn good and I know I'll be feeling them tomorrow. Time for some amazing pizza cheat. Food porn to come.

    8/12 - Legs/Calves/Cardio (coaches routine #6 - week #25)

    Walking Lunges: 50x20(total)x3

    Weighted Reverse Lunges: 50x20(total)x3

    Leg Press (narrow foot placement/quad focus): 900x15 (going for 12), 945x12x3 (slow full reps)

    DB Deadlifts: 75x12 (way too light), 90x12x3

    Squats: 295x10 (going for 12), 275x12x3

    Seated Leg Curls: 210x15x4

    Leg Extensions: 265x15x4 (going for 8 but that is max weight so went to fail at 15)

    Weighted Step Ups: bwx20(each side)x4

    Standing Calf Raises: sets of 8 starting at lightest weight going until I get to a weight where I can't do 8 reps ... superset each set with Tibia Raises of bwx25 reps. After that last set is finished, drop weight to a weight you can do for 30 reps on standing Calf Raises. Do 10 reps and on 10th rep squeeze at too for 10 seconds and then do the same on the 20th and 30th rep. One set and done.

    Fasted Uphill Walk: 40 minutes

    Finally found a great protein cookie recipe that were super moist and delicious!!! So good!! Gunna be sick but worth it haha.
