    Got my new plan!! Can't believe it but he is bumping me up AGAIN! Usually he gives a new plan 2 weeks before adjusting, but he said he wants to "Feed the BEAST" since my body is accepting this so well.

    I'm up another 340 cals and now sitting at 4120 cals at 310P, 542C, 75F.

    He can't believe I'm above 500C a day still and still pretty shredded abs. They'll be gone soon tho.

    I think I will very soon be entering FLUFF MODE

    Almost back to 100% with today's lift. Arm feeling good. Lifts felt strong. Kept solid form.

    7/25 - Chest/Shoulders/Calves/Cardio (coaches routine #5 - week #23)

    *back to about 95% of normal weight id do at these reps as left arm seems to be much better*

    Flat Bench Press: 225x15x4 (slow focuses reps all the way down)

    Seated DB Side Raises: 35x15x3 (slow controlled reps, slow negative)

    Reverse Peck Deck Flyes: 160x15x3

    Incline Bench Press: 195x12x4 (slow focuses reps all the way down)

    Seated DB Press: 70x12x3

    Barbell Upright Rows: 100x15x3 (very slow solid reps)

    Decline Bench Press: 225x12x4 (slow solid reps focusing on pushing thru pecs)

    Hammer Strength Shoulder Press Machine: 110x15x3 (very slow full reps all the way down and out)

    Standing Calf Raises: 150x25x3
    Ss'd
    Floor Calf Raises: bwx25x3

    Horizontal Hammer Calf Press: 180x25x3

    Uphill Walk: 40 minutes

    So just realized I'm dumb and on my last meal plan I was already eating 2 cups rice when I was only supposed to be eating 1.5 haha. So now on my new plan the 2 meals he bumped to 2 cups that actually wasn't an Increase. I let him know and he said to bump each still 1/4 cup.

    So the Macros I posted earlier were wrong.

    My new meal plan is even more food lmao and I'm at 4245 calories with about 312P, 568C, and 75F. It was a bump of another 225 cals a day from last plan.

    Dayummmmm! Lol

    Fluff mode is 100% coming
