    Hey man

The thing is from your starting point if you work hard and keep diet on point. You will have a very dramatic transformation.
There's a wealth of information and experience here so make sure you use that to your advantage and pick everyones brains.

    Good luck brother.

I appreciate all the advice and diet is a mofo.. never really sure how much I'm eating but I know it's not a lot..I'm a diesel mechanic and do work hard so 1600 sounds doable for sure..just trying to hit macros seems tough

Ok had a small bowl of chicken fettucine and went to the gym. Did a upper body work out for about an hour and a half. Half the time I was on machines and the other half was free weights. Worked a lot probably most of the different muscle groups just to get back into the swing of things and plan to go to insulation next week. Now I'm having another shake. Will get an app to track soon

    1600 cals per day

    protein: 200g
    carb: 100g
    fats: 45g

split these into 5 or 6 meals and eat every 3 hrs to keep the metabolism going strong. Download myfitness pal app and log everything you eat so you can track your cals and macro's.
This ...Bro u can't just starve away fat u have to jumpstart your metabolism so u can build muscle at the same time ...Also if u are going natty may I recommend you get some creatine and bcaas's (especially in a caloric deficient) these two supps actually work

If you have good insurance it can't hurt to try. At least you will know where your levels are at.
