    Tonight was lower body b work out and weight is either starting to get heavy or I’m a puss haha..really only squatting and rack pulling 185 but I do two warm up sets of each with low weight 5 reps then go for 5x5 at that weight..kicks my ass lol oh and also wish they had a setting in between 4 and 5 for my short ass..too low at 4 and tippy toes at 5 hahaha

    Sounds like you might not be fueled correctly.

    Tonight started my workout over so upper a which as usual I failed on biceps..damn though after the first set of 15 it’s a bitch haha not to mention the wife lets me have no slack off time so what was taking like 2 hours with my workout partner now gets done in an hour..gonna have to slow her down a bit though soon so I can keep getting more weight added..especially on the big lifts..other then that shits good..medication is in check and everything is much better..just part of the process of finding the correct dose..only been taking this stuff for like 6 months and different ones at different strength so kinda touch and go but definitely got it dialed in!

    Evening..literally just got done working..always has to be done on Friday because if it’s not we are talking 1000’s lost..oilfield money hahaha but sucks for me because I don’t make that oilfield money no more but honestly got tired of 16-18 hour days and on call sleeping in the truck on site sometimes..screw that lol like my most of the time dealership hours haha..anyway plan to hit legs tomorrow..and will use one of Sunday as a make up day..I’m actually confusing the crap out of myself on what my schedule is lol..can’t remember what days we decided on haha

    Little late posting but got my lower day in earlier and did some training for work as usual..other than that not a lot going on
