Diet so far today has been a protein shake with a yogurt and a banana and a small bowl of spaghetti..I will log my workout after I hit the gym. My pics show my face and I can't get rid of it and no one wants to see that lol

Ok I tried on mine and the wife's phone to edit it out but couldn't figure it out but jtips wife I think helped me with that so hopefully can move them for me and the next ones I will steer clear of the face with like a hat or something

Thanks everyone..I plan on another shake after my workout too so that should be over 100 ****s just with the shakes so hopefully I'm doing ok with that but always willing to hear tips

My opinion at your current height and weight wanting to cut this is the macro's you should follow:
1600 cals per day
protein: 200g
carb: 100g
fats: 45g
split these into 5 or 6 meals and eat every 3 hrs to keep the metabolism going strong. Download myfitness pal app and log everything you eat so you can track your cals and macro's.
