My goal is to cut down to be ready for vacay. I prefer not to look like a beach whale lol.

hmmm. a very hard to beat starting point... well timed...
do you like cheesecake? i have a usa connection that can hook you up twice a week.. of course pork belly is also really nice as a Monday thru to Friday cheat meal..... Not sure if you have a weakness, but ill try to find your kryptonite..

No we don't..she don't like to lift and goes cycling with her friends3 days a week. But she is very motivating and makes sure I have my protein and creatine and dinner ready so I can eat and hit the gym after work so she definitely helps

Training:
Arms/Calves/Cardio (let's get this cut started)
Bi's: (4x10 each set unless noted)
*Standing DB hammer curls
*Inside grip preacher curls
*EZ bar curls
*DB curls (to failure all 4 sets)
Tri's: (4x10 each set)
*Rope extensions
*Vbar push down
*Reverse grip extensions
*Single arm extensions
Calves:
*Seated calf raise (6x15)
Cardio:
*20 mins. treadmill 3.5 mph @ 8.0 incline...
*Bi's & Tri's were done as super sets...
