    After about 9-10 weeks now, I'm almost done with the last of my supps. I've been running about 200 -250 mgs of each every 7-9 days. I've been having to change a few days because I'm normally pinning every other day, but gong away on vacations screwed a few pins up.

    Im actually happy to be finishing the last of this. My appetite had dropped and the heartburn is getting to be s nuisance. I can tell because almost an hour or 2 after every pin, i get awful heartburn.

    On the other hand, I'm seeing good results. I've dropped about 10lbs to 195lbs. I've leaned out and pants are fitting looser. This how i can tell weight and leaning is occurring better.

    I switched work outs up about 2 to 3 weeks ago

    Monday's chest and back
    Tuesday, arms
    Wednesdays, circuit lower body, light weight increased reps
    Thursday rest
    Friday, circuit upper body, light weight increased reps
    Saturday, shoulders and legs
    Sunday rest

    Every pin has been nice and smooth. I'm always mixing 50 prop and 50 tren though. Im luckily happy enough to say i barely get the cough when using tren. I got it maybe 2 or 3 times this cycle.

    Today i will be doing my upper body circuit. This will consist of pushups, followed my pull ups, triceps push downs and cable bicep curls.

    I have had an injury to bicep which seems to not go away. Its leading from my forearm into the top head of the bicep. Anyone ever do this or tips for heading it. I know rest helps but this won't happen now. Lol

    It's a pain in the ass. Have you had any bruising? Lucky enough i hadn't so I'm taking a medical hypothesis of some type of tissue injury

    Today was s bitch trying to Get through my workout. My lethargy is getting worse and worse and appetite sucks ball bag.

    Today we a chest and back workout which consisted of

    Warm-up. Cable flys superset south reverse cable flys 3 sets

    Stated with with lat pull down ofs 4 sets of 100. 8 reps
    Bench press 4 sets sets of 225 8 reps
    T bar row 3 sets of 135 of 10 and 1 set of 160 for 8
    Incline press 3 sets of 80 dumbbell for 10 and 1 set 90 for 8. At this point i started getting nausea and felt like i was fling too yack
    I finished with a quick superset cable lat pushdowns with facepulls. 10 reps each.

    I felt good during the sets but when i finished each one i felt like death.

    Im actually happy to be finishing soon. I'm so tired all the time. On the otherhand I'm leaning out nicely. Nothing immensely crazy due to the lower amount comparable tip what most due.

    Iam happy with the results

    Took a nice 2 day break from the gym. Which was poetically much needed. Did did athletic performance cardio for about 45 mins yesterday though. I'm finding out that my joints are aching a lot mot often then not.

    Today ill be doing chest and back.
    Will warm up for 4 sets of cable flys and supersetted with recede cable flys

    Bench press 5 sets
    T Bar row 5 sets
    Incline dumbbell 5 sets
    Lat pull down 5 sets
    Decline dumbbell 4 sets
    Facepulls 4 sets

    Wil finish with a tri set of cable lat push down, rows and incline cable flys

    Diet is crap today. Pushing about 50g protein so far today and about 400 kcsls. Intake has not been there. I'm feeling so tired. I keep trying to eat but I'm getting full quickly. It's a pro but yet i can notice less physical change.

    This is usually my key to coming off cycle. Knowing my body just isn't reacting well

    Hey guys. Posting up some routines recently

    Yesterday's work outconsisted of
    A quadset of 5 sets for a cable circuit
    Front raisesx10 10lbd
    Side raisesx10 10lbd
    Squats x10 20lbs
    Hamstring cable hip pullsx10 20lbs

    Cable shrugs of 40 lbs x12 4 sets

    Superset of front squats and front military presses. X10 each 95 lbs, 95 lbs, 115 lbs, 115

    Final superset included straight leg dead lifts and shrugs
    135x10 4 sets
    I ended with the machine side raises 4 sets of 12 reps 65 lbs

    Macro intake about 150gs protein, 200g chos

    Today's workout will include upper body circuit. Wil be the same concept of the lower body and shoulder from yesterday.
    So far macros include 50gs protein and 5 chos. Ill increase mote protein through out the day but will keep chos low

    This will be the last week of my cycle as well. Ill be running a cruise cycle of 250mgs of test cyp every 7-10 days.
