    Noob first cycle with puberty gyno

    Thinking about starting my first cycle of Test e but the thing is I have unilateral gyno. Never done any PH's or AAs just have had it since I was about 14 or 15.
    Planning my cycle like so:
    Week 1-12
    Monday 250mg and Thursday 250mg test e.
    I have Aromasin but not to sure if I should dose at 12.5 ED or EOD.

    Week 14-16
    Nolva 40/40/20/20.

    Stats:
    Age: 22
    Height: 5'8.5
    Weight 170lbs
    Body fat: 8% I always stay really lean.
    Calories: 3000-3300
    I always eat chicken and rice with all 5 meals. With a shake or two.

    You will probably hear this a lot, and for very good reason, but you should wait a couple years. Your very young and can do so much naturally (probably,,, I don't really know ya.) ESPECIALLY if you get your diet on point and diversify your foods a little. Chicken and rice has gotta get old when you eat it 35 times a week.
    Others will be more help than I am,, thats just my first thought. Good luck in your journey bro.

    I definitely agree that I am young but I'm hoping to start competing soon after putting on some more size.
    I'm pretty dedicated to this lifestyle and I want to take my physique to the next level.
    I just need some help on the pro****ming of my cycle.

    Well your in the right place for help and a wealth of knowledge and experience... Unfortunately none of that comes from me right now.

    Before you start cycle, you should make the most of the benefits of your genetics. What sizes do you have now? Biceps, chest, etc.

    Damn that's a lot of rice and chicke, how do you do that? Takes immense dedication, congrats. how many years have you been training?

    Trained for about 3 1/2 years now. Went from 130 to 170. With Chicken and rice I just switch up the sauces. Never gets that old.

    I'm sure its not a HARD 8% because I've been those videos of what "8%" really looks like but yeah I'm usually the most lean guy in the gym. Not trying to be cocky but I am really lean.

    Post a picture, nobody is going to rag somebody that has never ran a cycle. I am sure most guys here can tell you if you are really 8%.
