    I use one more out of habit than reality I guess. Whatever is on sale.

    Mr Hyde is the only preworkout I will use. You have to start out with half a scoop when you first start taking it for a couple weeks though. 419mg of caffeine is a lot to tolerate if you're not use to something like that

    I don't use any ain't had one that really did anything for me in years. I don't take any sups anymore tho... I try and get everything from food that I can. Some say I'm a fool for not drinking protein shakes or having 5 different shaker cups at the gym with my bag full of shit, but I'm bigger than them so I don't pay no attention to them.

    I kinda feel the same way bro. My weight went up a little more and pretty fast when I dropped my mass gainer shakes and replaced the calories with food. The only supps I take now are vitamins and liver-aid just for extra support. I'm not on any orals.

    I got to the biggest I have ever been on about 250g+ of protein a day from food rather than shakes. I will say I eat all the time and when I say all the time I mean I even wake up to eat. Like I said tho I got better size from it for sure.

    As for pre workouts they are a joke to me. About 10 years ago was the last one I had worth a shit, but now I could take the whole jug lol.

    ECA + Cialis is better then any bullshit pre-workout on the market supplements are garbage. i cant stand the competition guys round town that push supplements on their social media for the local supp shops and say this stack is "legit" all for some free protein powder...
