Hey fellas...sorry I'm just getting in....had to drive out friday emergency....my mom in her 70's fell outside her front steps and is good but Jesus...im moving them closer to me....mom n dad are way to old to be running errands...ok back to this..
Getting to bed now....
Chest n tris tomorrow...fueling early and going heavy.
School tomorrow nite....at my age and back in school....help me Lord

Top of the morning everyone.
Fuel
6 egg whites
1 cup oat meal heated up in 1/2 cup of water quicj oat type....2 min in microwave...then 2 table poonsof peanut butter....mix...add 1 cup of milk...
I eat my oats then 10 min later i eat my eggs.
This is my pre workout meal 1.5 hrs before my gym session.
Intra work out is : 40 to 50g of dextrose during workout in 16oz of water plus bcaas.
Post work out:
29g of protein isolate. 12 oz of milk. 2 table spoons of peanut butter.....
1.5 hrs later 1 cup of white rice and 1 chicken breast.
Rest of day 5 or 6 meals depending on how i feel. Consisting if rice and chicken...no vegies unless i have time to cook the stuff....

Now this is a family guys log. Lol. Having three kids and a full time job I feel ya man. Like you I just take my training one day at a time. My family comes first then I get to go out and play.
