    Wanted to take the time and express some of my gratitude for the emails I received after my tragic state of depression got the best out of me during the worse times .... now we're dealing with a global loss and to some, personal loss due to illnesses, related to Covid-19 and other causes. For me the phone calls from friends and family were put to the side.. months later I pick up my phone to actually read some texts... and tears flooded my eyes.... thank you all.

    Now let's continue to be a strong nation and get up, stand tall and pull ourselves up and out... those who are standing help those that can't...let's be all we can and push push push..

    Okay here we go, Haney pulls ...bicep curls and preacher curls... As far as sets I've gone away from actually counting them I say I do a minimum of 10 sets of the Haney and 6 sets of the Biceps

    Old fart I am...butboh yes 6 sets each bicep exercise... I may through in barbell curls just to exhaust bicep. Well good day my friends

    shoulders today

    Shoulders. I'm warming up with just the barbell, no stretching until I'm at least 5 min into it easing into the stretch. I can play with the weight on this routine depending on the goal

    Overhead press
    Sets 3 Reps 12 Rest 10 sec
    Push press
    Sets 3 Reps Rest 10sec
    Barbel shrug
    Sets 3 Reps 12 Rest 90sec
    Arnold press
    Sets 3 Reps 12 Rest 10sec
    Seated lateral raise
    Sets 3 Reps 12 Rest 10sec
    Bent over Reverse fly
    Sets 3 Reps 12 Rest 90sec
    I wasn't lazy today and so decided to share this like..I know alot of good bris share theirs and
    Well I'm giving this a shot .. let's get motivated.

    Good morning and nice grind, brother! You donít have to have a fancy log. I do like to pick up different lifts and techniques from these guys. Hell, I havenít done Arnold presses in a long time. Gonna slide them back in I think
