    Dont know what I would possibly get out of fabricating numbers for a bunch of dudes I dont even know. I have kept daily running logs on multiple forums since Feb 2016. Just logging my day to day work with Dutch.

    So my strength is through the roof right now. I am sure for some of you bigger dudes these numbers are pretty basic, however if you run back to Feb 2016 I have kept my working weight the same. (with the exception of bulk season) I have long stuck to a 5x20 or 10x10 count so I normally stick to 70 or 80% max weight. As I mentioned, since my season was cut short I am going to continue on this cut but am training more like a bulk. With so much prep time for 2018 I have the time to really work on some things.
    Between the Androgel and HgH I have been able to fight off the insomnia brought by the Tren. Its def nice to be able to have a solid nights sleep.
    Last night I had to try and squeeze in as much upper body work as possible as I will be away from the gym for the next few days so I wanted to get a good one in before the time away kicked in. I also have to say that being back on a 4 day split has brought on a much more energized day to day and more importantly I feel far less drag in the gym.
    Im still carb cycling and feel pretty good in doing so. I will say that as much as I like cycling I dont think its that great for a prep or cutting..at least for me. Im so sensitive to carbs that the fluctuations in weight and fullness can play games on the appearance.

    Heres a look at last nights workout. Knee is still problematic but im working around it when possible.

    Still limping around on this blown knee (I dont think ive updated this thread, but this essentially has sidelined me for the 2017 Season. The plan was to jump from Physique to Classic, but being this many weeks behind in any substantial leg and cardio workouts its just not going to happen) and unfortunately have not been in the gym since Monday (although I knew this would be the case)
    I have been able to pin 1ml of Test Cyp EOD,100mg of Var ED, rub in 12 pumps Androgel ED and inject 2.5 IUs ED
    Although I have not been able to do any cardio, my diet has been clean I just dont have much of an appetite.
    I am holding a little extra water due to the HgH but thru this all I am still dropping roughly 1lb a day.
    Current weight 198lbs, Ive dropped 14lbs in 9 days with no cardio or change to diet.
