    I use to use it a few years ago and I did like it allot except for the flush face thing

    You should try it with grape seed extract which they have in pill form. There's research due to the high anti oxidant profile increasing blood flow to the muscle acting as a vasodialator and lowering blood pressure.

    Im actually going to start the grapeseed extract again due to the benefits. There is also studies on estrogen and grapeseed:

    I haven't read much on this but I've also seem one study which didn't have much relation on lowering estrogen levels. Either way, good stuff

    Finally better now. First day back in gym, a little weak and winded. But it's all good. I thought i was gonna die there for a bit. Lol. I can't remember being sick like that in probably last 20 years. Glad that crap is over and seems to be out of my house.

    That was a good read. Picked up some today. Let's see how well it helps
