    Being carb restricted like I am 1/3 cup of oats is all I can get away with but sounds good as fuck.

    Ya know I've never had a problem with blockage like some people say. The whole thing about how if you eat a lot of cheese or peanutbutter at one time an it'll block a person up....I've never experienced that an I've literally sat around and ate blocks of cheese at a time. Lol maybe I'm jus one of the lucky few that it doesn't happen to......

    Yeah I'm not ever going to compete or anything like that. I like to just lift weights an feel good an by god if I wana have an entire cheat week, lol imma have it. I do however have mad respect for anybody who's strict on their diet cuzz I believe that would have to be one of he hardest to do in a professional bodybuilders career is stick to a strick diet.
