    I love my shakes. You can make them all kinds of different ways. Theirs literally hundreds of diff recipes.

    I know guys that will even go as far as taking breasts of chicken an blending them up. They say its so much easier than all that chewing when your trying to cram cals on a bulk lol. I haven't done it yet but I'm not knocking it. Its all on my list of things to do hahaha. Whatever it takes brothas

    Thatís actually really interesting about the chicken. Iím not the type of person that can eat to bulk like that. Iím having a hard time with 3000 and I wanna bump it up to 4000 so Iím gonna try the homemade shakes. Cause I have no problem drinking a shake every couple hours and lunch is my hardest meal to get in so I always opt for a triple serving of shakes

    Agree....2 tbsp pb....16oz milk....1 cup oats...protein powder and you can add anything else..those are your main ingredients
