    Seated Military Press - 60x8, 95x8, 135x8, 185x4, 60x10.
    Side/Front laterals - 10x10, 15x10, 20x10, 25x8, 30x2
    Biceps curls using ez bar - 25x10, 35x10, 45x10, 55x8
    Reverse Delt Flyes - 75x8, 90x8, 115x8, 135x8, 75x8

    Pushups - 50.
    Done.

    Felt so energized and the gear is starting to really work as noticed more strength gains today so far satisfied. I kept weight as conservative as I can so as to avoid getting greedy and risking injury, but my body feels like more more more!

    Yeah I started getting bad heartburn so I dialed it back a bit to 75.

    So far this year has been working it's magic and soon will be seeing the real gains. This is the start of Week 5 and been noticing change in my body composition. Gains ahead!
