    Morning Tips and everyone else. I did go to Henry yesterday and did legs. Thighs were burning after several sets on the hip abductor and adductor machines plus squats.

    Yep my thighs and glutes were burnin' when I got done with it all. As I had little time I had to keep going with very little rest in between.

    SUp guys, I am still alive and happy new year y'all!

    Got in my first pin and first workout on New Years day...felt damn good as crushed chest/shoulders. Past few days didn't get to go to the gym due to the cold plus the damn snow today. Now that the holidays are over I will be getting my training on track and I've got 2 weeks left in my cycle unless I consider adding a bonus week for pinning.

    Had a good full body workout tonight...heavy weights and other fun stuff. Also got my new red Slingshot and will be using it next bench day.

    Just an update...my training still has been going on but been dealing with low-grade nuisance issues that been sapping my strength somewhat but still keeping at it. My doc ran some tests and nothing really wrong except my bp is slightly elevated and my creatinine is also elevated somewhat.
