    Test Cycle + Deca for joint support

    Iím about to start my first cycle of 500 mg of Test. However, Iím contemplating adding about 150 mg of Deca for joint support. Currently on TRT at 125 mg. If Iím going to be adding 150 mg of Deca to my cycle, would you recommend backing down the Test to maybe 400 mg?

    STATS:
    5 ď8Ē, 175lbs
    Bench Press 225
    Squat 245
    Deadlift 315

    Considering lowering the test I just ran 400mg eq with 300mg test worked wonders

    What kind of strength increase did you see on this cycle?

    Pretty decent strength increase definetly leaned out

    Just ran a similar cycle of 500mg test e and 250mg deca for 10 weeks. Decent strength gains and my 53 yr old joints felt great. Wished I would have ran it another 6 weeks.

    Test and deca together have always been my go-to for gains, and joint support. While the "science" behind it is inconclusive, deca has definitely proven to reduce joint fatigue, speed recovery, and improve endurance. I've found my best results from a 2:1 test to deca ratio. I like it because it's easy (they pin together) and the long esters make for less frequent pinning. While it's not a good stack for the competitive BB for cutting, I've found that I can gain mass, or lean out depending on diet and amount of cardio I put in. It's basically the original "magic stack"
