    Thumbs up Let's hear your PharmaComStore experience!

    Hey guys!

    I want to hear your experience in all aspects. All the way from communication, to ordering and using. Was there any ups, downs, what were you able to accomplish and what was your overall satisfaction. You can rate each aspect on a scale to 10.

    Example

    Ordering 9/10
    Communication 8/10
    Cycle/Usage 10/10
    Likelihood of you using again 10/10

    Appreciate all your input as we want to meet all your needs and celebrate in all your gains and accomplishments. Thanks again!

    Just placed order through store. Easy enough. Ordering was 10/10 yet to know anything else. I will post soon as I receive pack

    I love their ordering process, and fast delivery...if i have one beef, it's not giving me a heads up if they have to substitute a product because what i ordered is out of stock.

    But outside of that, A+ !!

    Shoot me a pm with your order ID, I want to see what I can do because a heads up would of been nice and they normally do. I want to see if there is something more I can do for you to make up for it

    Placed order on 9/14. Order didn't arrive so they did a reship for me which arrived today. Items were loose just thrown in a small box rolling around with some bubble wrap placed on the bottom. So they weren't even wrapped. Also I went to cut the tape on the box and found that it was already cut, so the box had already been opened. Gee, thanks!. They did throw in 10 tabs of Viagra for the hassle which is nice but to me that doesn't make up for poor packing and the fact it took two months for me to get my order.

    Ordering was easy so I'd give that a 9 out 10. Communication was good but disarm thinks I complain too much and I was told to contact customer support next time I need anything because I "wore out my welcome".

    Cycle/Usage I can't speak for because I have not used the products yet.

    Likelihood of ordering again 0 out 10!. Not worth the stress. I ordered from a different international source had the product in a week. Longest I've ever waited for international.

    Once again no care was taken in packing. Items just thrown in box haphazardly.

    That's a bit sketchy man, especially how long it was out there rattling around.Packing is very important for safety, if shit breaks and leaks it's pretty much over. Glad it arrived safe though.

    Thanks for the post ...I dont think this is the norm for pharmaCom...but we appreciate your honesty....at first I thought maybe is was searched at customs , but they would of definitely seized it .....keep us updated on quality

    Absolutely, I did say that and even spoke with Achilles about it.

    About the first package, it did take long, the place it came from, the sorting facility had issues as it is clearly stated online. I found that for you. I received over 80 emails from you and all were more than helpful and I did everything I could to help. Moreover, I'm not the only source that has asked you to please stop sending so many emails, and even the one you showed me barred you from ordering from them.

    If you got it faster, that's great. I'm happy for you. But don't think for one minute that we have anything to do with the shipping, nor how it comes to you all in one piece.

    Like I have always said, I'll put everything out in the open. I have no shame. We can do that if you'd like?

    Bottom line is, did you get what you needed? Is it broken? Do you feel you need anything else?

    While it sucks it took two months and two packages, I was there the whole time, even through the over 80 emails so I'd appreciate a lot more credit for everything I did to make you feel valued. It's easy to point the finger, but I own what I said today. You wore out your welcome by being impatient, emailing about things that had nothing to do with the order and why you were so pissed. I tried a lot. Think about that and answer whether you got what you needed. If not, I'll make sure you do and please do not participate in any contests as I already spoke with admin on this.

    Can't always account for how much they get thrown around. If customs or FDA Dips into it, usually they put a seal on it. Then again, pictures would of been nice

    Sure I had a lot questions and I emailed Disarm a lot, but those emails were during the almost 2 months that it took to get the pack. Sorry if some of those emails I thought we were just having a conversation. I usually talk a lot with the sources I deal with, just being friendly. Ok that source that barred me from ordering from them, that was not the case. It was a mis-understanding on their end and they ended up shipping me my pack which I received one week later in great stealth packing. As far as sources telling me not to email them so much I'm not sure what you are talking about with that. Maybe you have me confused with someone else. Also, I'm not pointing the finger at you, because you are just a rep and obviously you didn't pack and ship my goods. I paid for this order, it wasn't a freebie. Yeah it was discounted but I still paid for it. Yes I finally got my order but I was underwhelmed. The tape on the box was already cut. The bubble wrap was just thrown in the box and the bottles were not wrapped. I can take a pic if you want. All I did here was post my honest review.

    Dang disarm,my order is about a month out and I only got one message in with you,"and was worried I would upset you" you mean to tell me I could have messaged you 39 more times before you would have got pissed off and banned me? WTH? LMFAO! Too early? My bad. That's just as bad as when I used to sell dope,and not weed, real dope. Anyways I'll give my first experience as soon as I get TD.so far customer service is top notch. The only complaint is with the tracking which hasn't changed much from when we first got shipped but they reassured me that nothing was wrong and I'm fine with that,for now. I'll keep updated.

    So what would you like me to do? If you're not satisfied, what can I do to help? Just give me the solution, and we can go from there. As for the noise of what was said or done. I don't care about. Please keep it all here. I want everyone to see it. I'm transparent as hell
