    SS: Machine rear delt flyes w/ machine calf raises 4x15/15 (nonstop)
    Pulldowns neutral 4x10
    Pulldowns UH 1x12, 1x10, 1x8, 1x6, dropset 1x6/7/7

    Went to dinner and a movie last night so food and beverage intake was HIGH.

    No clen as of yet, but I have some on hand if needed. And the 3000+ calories days this week are only because of vacation with the fam.
    But you're right my metabolism is on fire, its always been good but right now its crazy. Gotta stay focused though just a little more than 6 weeks out.

    Youíre crushing it bro! I remember that feeling when I was runnin dhb. I need to try that compound again on a cut because it truly made bulking hard.

    Have you ever ran albuterol? I think Iím gunna give that a go this time vs Clen. Iíve been waiting on some for awhile from the pharmacist so hopefully it lands soon.

    Haha you seem to be shredding up really nice with them. I was just curious. I would def say if you get a chance to try dhb sometime do it. It was pretty wicked.
