    Seated Rear delt flyes 1x20, 3x15
    Seated side laterals dropsets 3x10/10
    Seated DB shoulder press 4x12
    Seated front raises 4x10
    SS: DB shrugs w/ DB upright rows 3x12/10
    SS: Rear delt flyes w/ Standing side laterals 3x10/10

    Calf raises after every set
    Bike 25 mins

    Arms tomorrow.
